Basic Return Guidelines

π΅ Condition Requirement: Plants must be alive and in good condition

β Wrong plant variety received (comparison photos needed)
β Obvious product defects (e.g., broken pots)
Non-Returnable Situations
β Plants withered/died due to improper care
β Requests made after 30 days
β Seasonal/sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

Refund Processing
