We understand you may need to return your plants, so we’ve created this flexible policy:

Basic Return Guidelines

🌡 30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery
🌡 Eligible Items: Succulents, cacti, and other potted plants
🌡 Condition Requirement: Plants must be alive and in good condition

Accepted Reasons for Returns

βœ” Plants dead or severely damaged during shipping (photo proof required)
βœ” Wrong plant variety received (comparison photos needed)
βœ” Obvious product defects (e.g., broken pots)

Non-Returnable Situations

❌ Plants withered/died due to improper care
❌ Requests made after 30 days
❌ Seasonal/sale items (clearly marked on product pages)

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Provide: Order number + 3 clear photos (full plant/issue area/label)
  2. Await Approval:
    • We’ll respond within 48 hours with solutions:
      βœ“ Replacement plant
      βœ“ Full refund
      βœ“ Partial refund (for minor issues)
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Only required if requested by our team
    • Use original packaging materials
    • Return shipping covered by us (for quality issues)

Refund Processing

  • Issued within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take additional 2-3 days
